"As a church, we look over the spiritual needs of our community. We are the transmitters of the Word of God to fulfill His command and bring the good news of the promises made by God to those who believe in Him.
The main economic sources in our town are coffee farms, livestock and agriculture. The municipality has 36,000 inhabitants. We have a very low percentage of Christians. There is the need of having a building so it will be known that we are a dynamic and aggressive church when it comes to fulfilling the mission entrusted in Matthew 28:16-20.
Our meetings started with six people and grew, adding children, teenagers and adults; then people from the Bible Institute in Armenia came to give us an integral education. After meeting on a farm, we decided to move to a home and finally bought a lot for $15,000 Colombian pesos, where we meet today.
Our church was and has been a training center, and it has grown many pastors. Note that many pastors trained here are today in different parts of our nation as ministers of the Word."
